1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://www.8rei.com (the "Site"), submitting a property inquiry form, calling our phone number, or otherwise engaging with 8REI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

8REI is a private real estate investment company that purchases residential and investment properties in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Our services include:

• Evaluating properties submitted through our website or phone inquiries
• Providing no-obligation, all-cash purchase offers
• Purchasing properties directly, in as-is condition, without requiring repairs or staging
• Providing information and general guidance related to selling a home quickly in Houston

8REI is not a licensed real estate brokerage, agent, or mortgage lender. We do not list properties on the MLS, represent buyers or sellers in a fiduciary capacity, or provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Be a legal owner or authorized representative of the property you wish to sell, or have express authorization from the owner to submit an inquiry
• Provide accurate and truthful information about the property and your situation

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Cash Offers & the $1,000 Closing Bonus

Cash Offers

Any cash offer presented by 8REI is based on information provided by you, publicly available data, and our internal valuation process. Offers are subject to property inspection and verification of title, ownership, and condition. 8REI reserves the right to adjust or rescind any offer if the actual condition or title status of the property differs materially from representations made during the inquiry process.

Submitting a property inquiry does not guarantee that an offer will be made. An offer, if made, is not binding until a signed purchase contract has been executed by both parties.

$1,000 Cash Closing Bonus

The $1,000 cash bonus at closing is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligible sellers must be a homeowner of record (i.e., listed on the deed) for the property being sold
• The bonus is not available for wholesale assignments, third-party contract transfers, or transactions where 8REI is not the direct purchaser
• The bonus is paid at the closing table and only upon successful completion of the sale
• 8REI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time without prior notice
• The bonus may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated in writing
• The bonus is subject to applicable tax reporting requirements; consult your tax advisor

5. No-Obligation Policy

Submitting an inquiry through our website or requesting a cash offer is completely free and carries no obligation to accept any offer. You may decline or withdraw from any proposed transaction at any time prior to signing a binding purchase agreement without penalty.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a property or yourself
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of a property owner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or user accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated tools without our express written consent
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of the Site

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access and referral to appropriate authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, data compilations, and software, is the property of 8REI or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, 8REI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 8REI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8REI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of false or misleading information; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas for any dispute arising under these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us directly at info@8rei.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through binding arbitration or in the courts specified in Section 10.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 8REI.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
